Underr8ted Dreamer Hoodie Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility:

  • Open to legal residents of United States.
  • Must be [18+] years old to enter.
  • Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor:

  • The giveaway is sponsored by Underr8ted Dreamer Clothing (“Sponsor”).

3. How to Enter:

  • Each $5 entry purchased on our website counts as one (1) entry into the giveaway.
  • Participants may purchase multiple entries. Each $5 purchase increases your odds of winning.

4. Prize:

  • One (1) winner will receive one (1) Underr8ted Dreamer Hoodie, size of their choice (subject to availability).
  • Approximate retail value: $90.
  • Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash equivalent will be given.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

  • Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 15th of every month.
  • Winner will be announced on @Underr8ted_Dreamer Instagram and notified by email.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Shipping:

  • Prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner within 5 days after confirmation.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

7. Odds:

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • By entering, participants release Underr8ted Dreamer Clothing from any responsibility for losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation or prize acceptance.

9. Rights Granted by Entrant:

  • By entering, entrants grant permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
